The villa is located in Castelnuovo del Garda, about 10 minutes by car from Lake Garda. It was newly renovated in 2018 and has a large garden with barbecue areas and several pavilions. The house has a large, seasonally open, covered and solar heated pool. Outside there are several seats, pavilions and barbecue areas, a large garden with olive trees and lawns and sunbathing areas. There are several parking spaces in front of the house and in the fenced entrance area. The villa includes several apartments and 2 mobile homes that can be booked individually or in combination. Location: The villa is located in a quiet location in Castelnuovo del Garda, about 7 km from Lake Garda and 4 km from Gardaland. You will find a bakery within walking distance near the apartment.

- For a full refund of the room rate, the guest must cancel at least 14 full days prior to the property's local check-in time. A booking fee of 10% (minimum amount 50 euros) will not be refunded.
- Additional house rules
- HOUSE RULES The tenant must follow the house rules of the property. These are available on site or emailed as a link in advance. All PERSONS (including small children count as a full person) and pets must be booked 1 day before the start of the rental. Please ask about the fees for additional persons or pets if necessary. Other persons / pets than booked are not permitted on the property / in the accommodation / in the accommodation. Contract changes, guest changes, additional bookings require approval and must be announced 1 day before the start of the rental period. For pets, please ask before booking, as pets must be allowed. In the event that pets are allowed, a pet fee will be charged, depending on the length of stay and the type of pet. Smoking in the accommodation (except on the balcony / terrace) is not permitted. Interfering noises, loud music in quiet times and at night are not permitted. Common rooms must be left clean. Violations of the house rules, nightly disturbances, unannounced people or pets lead to a penalty fee of at least 100 euros per violation. The stay of not registered / booked persons can be charged with 100 Euro penalty costs. In addition, a violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
