FAQ

1. Payment of the reservation:

Please let us know before arrival how you would like to make the payment (bank / PayPal / credit card / cash). If payment is only made on the day of arrival, there may be delays in check-in, depending on arrival time or office hours. In this case, please contact the Italian on-site service and arrange a personal check-in (at least 35 euros for a fee).

Deposit: Can be deposited with a credit card / will then be pre-authorized by us and released again after departure, if left properly according to the guidelines.

Please note when paying with your credit card:
Due to the new data protection law for the protection of online payments 3D-Secure, we are only allowed to accept credit cards that you have entered with third parties, in this case Airbnb / Booking.com / VRBO / ... for a reservation payment if the credit card is included the matching passport data can be checked by us. These conditions can no longer be met with a free contactless check-in. Contactless access is no longer possible when paying by credit card. Entering your credit card again at Airbnb / Booking.com / VRBO does not replace payment, as our reservation system cannot accept credit card data from third parties in this case. The booking will also not be canceled (the email from Airbnb / Booking.com / VRBO) can then be ignored if the payment has been made to us (directly at the accommodation).

Payment:
1. Payment options for contactless check-in would be: by bank transfer or Paypal
2. Credit card payment or cash on site: only possible after prior agreement and after a deposit of 25%. Depending on the time of arrival and the amount of service required, additional service fees apply for personal check-in.

2. Declaration on the accommodations:

We have apartments with 1-3 bedrooms in various holiday complexes in the towns on Lake Garda. The prices vary depending on the booking period and the size and equipment of the apartments.

The location:
The apartments are located in the south / southwest of Lake Garda in:

Peschiera del Garda: 2 and 3 room apartments with balcony
Boschetti / Peschiera del Garda: 3-room apartment with terrace
Lazise del Garda: only 2-room apartments with balcony or terrace / garden
San Benedetto: 3-room apartments
Castelnuovo del Garda: Mobile home, 1 to 4 room apartments with terrace / garden

Equipment:
The apartments each have a living / dining room with kitchen, bathroom and, depending on the size of the apartment, 1 to 3 bedrooms. The kitchens are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans, stove. A few apartments have a dishwasher or washing machine or oven. All apartments have air conditioning and a flat screen TV with cable and satellite TV. There is either a balcony or a terrace. Wifi / WLAN is either permanently installed in all apartments or booked as a mobile device, but limited to 1GB data volume per day. Bed linen / towels are available in the apartments. Parking is available within the facility. Pets are only allowed on request in most accommodations. Sun beds / umbrellas are available in the facilities: Villa Castelnuovo, Boschetti, in the other facilities these can be rented for a fee.

Booking an apartment from a group:
You can book an apartment from one of the above groups. The allocation is made by us. Since we have the option of making bookings through direct connections without large gaps, booking from the group is cheaper. Requests for, for example, the choice of floor, direction of view, furniture, bed allocation, etc. can only be taken into account if this can be agreed with a subsequent booking.

Booking an individual permanent apartment:
You pay a surcharge for booking (depending on the apartment) and can choose an apartment or a preferred location within the holiday complex, a direction of view, a certain floor, a certain furniture / layout or equipment, the apartment with equipment that is not standard equipment belongs to book (e.g. choose an apartment with oven, dishwasher or washing machine).

The photos of the apartments: The photos are updated annually so that they reflect the current condition of the apartment as well as possible.

3. Booking:

As soon as we have received your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with a request for payment. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (credit card as explained in the 3DS procedure), the latter can incur 3% fees. After booking you pay 50% of the rental price. The remaining payment is due 4 weeks before arrival at the latest. If the holiday property is rented at short notice within the 4 week period up to check-in, 100% of the rental price is due immediately

4. Property information / handover of keys:

After the deposit you will receive a description of the accommodation and on the day of your arrival at 15 p.m. you will receive a door code for your access / check-in (to your direct email or via your booked internet portal). In any case, check-in is only possible from 15 p.m. and not before. Entering the facility is also only possible and permitted from 15 p.m.

Internet usage:

If you have free WiFi included in your offer, it is either a fixed or mobile WiFi. The WLAN is limited in data volume and / or speed volume (not suitable for watching films over the Internet). If you need a higher data volume or a higher data speed (e.g. to watch films on Netflix / Amazon Prime / Disney / Youtube / etc.) you can order an additional mobile WLAN on request and if available. The fees depend on the data volume (at least 35 euros)

5. Deposit:

A deposit can be charged, depending on the people / groups / pets between 100-500 euros. In the event that a deposit is required, this is preferably settled by credit card, as we only block the amount and release it again after moving out.

6. Check-in / check-out / arrival / departure:

Check-in is possible from 15 p.m., earlier arrival or later departure can be organized, but is subject to availability and must be confirmed by us. (with a surcharge depending on the times and apartment). We have a German-speaking service that is on site. Since the arrival times of our guests usually vary greatly, we send the guests a locker code so that they can remove the key at any time after the check-in time. Check-out is no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

7. Pool opening times:

as a rule, the pools are usually open from the beginning of May to the end of September.

8. Environment / distance:

Airport: Bergamo airport can be reached by Lufthansa approx. 60 kilometers away via the motorway in 1/2 hour. Verona airport can be reached with Air Dolomitti approx. 25 kilometers away via the motorway in 15 minutes. Places: Our holiday apartments / holiday complexes are located in the southern part of the Lake Garda, in Lazise, ​​Castelnuovo and Peschiera del Garda. There is usually less wind in the south of the lake than in the northern part of the lake. This is due to the narrowing of the lake to the north, which is bordered on both sides by mountains. In the south, the temperatures are usually a bit milder and the lake is more accessible due to larger beach areas.

9. Equipment of the holiday apartment:

Since we have advertised our holiday apartments in various internet portals for booking, the equipment can vary. Please check your booking confirmation / booking overview at AirBnb / Booking.com / Trivago / VRBO /…. according to whether towels / bed linen / WiFi / air conditioning are available in your booking. If this equipment is not specified there, you can of course reorder it from us for a fee if it is possible in the holiday apartment.

10. Animals:

Animals are allowed in some of our holiday apartments, please check if it is stated when booking with AirBnb / Booking.com / Trivago / VRBO /…. If you would like to bring an animal with you, you must have sent us a request, which we have confirmed in writing. An animal always costs a residence fee, which varies depending on the size of the animal and the stay.

11. Guests / visitors:

The accommodation may only be used by the booked guests.

12. Contact / support / problems:

1. The German service with the German landline number or mobile phone number is only responsible for processing the booking up to the check-in day.
2. From the check-in day, the Italian on-site service can be reached by telephone on the telephone number given (language or via WhatsApp) and can help with questions or problems with your booked holiday home.
